The American Heart Association and the American Stroke Association are dedicated to reducing disability and death from heart disease and stroke. These diseases claim over 870,000 lives a year - America’s No. 1 and No. 3 killers.Leslye and I ran in the Banco Popular half marathon (13.1 miles) this past weekend - a rainy, rainy, rainy day!!!! Felt good and training continues to go well. Looking forward to another 20-miler on Saturday.
